- All rates are subject to 11.42% Hawaii State Excise and Transit Accommodation Taxes.
- Above rates are based on double occupancy.
- The Ohana will accommodate up to four people. There will be an additional fee of $10 per
person for the 3rd and 4th person per night. Children under 12 years old are free.
- There will be a $30 cleaning charge for stays less than 4 nights.
- Reservations must be secured by a deposit of $150. The deposit, less
$50 is refundable if cancellation is received 30 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is due within 30 days of arrival. Refunds are available if
it can be rebooked.

The gardens that surround the ohana are
landscaped with lily ponds, exotic blossoms, and a natural stream that cascades from
ancient waterfalls deep within the valley.
Neighbors of the Bowman's are kama`aina (native-born
families) and malihini (old-time residents). Surrounded by lush groves of
macadamia nut, papaya and banana trees, Waiehu Valley is a unique experience.
Out-of-the-way from tourist resorts, it is a touch of old Hawai`i
without the expense of modern conveniences. Minutes away from all major towns, it is
close to the airport, wind surfing, shopping, beaches and golf.
It accommodates up to four persons. Children under 12 years old are free.
Stay
to witness panoramic views of the Northshore on the Pacific, to Hale`akala, the
House of the Rising Sun, with Hale'mahina, House of the moon (West Maui mountains) behind
you.
